6/10/01 - I put my '70 in the warehouse to get it out of the sun, and
just for general safety.
On the way up, I thought I'd run it through a car wash. That was a mistake. Near the end, the spinning rag-thing wrapped one of it's tentacles around the reflector on the rear bumper on the passenger side. The car started jerking violently. When I got out, I discovered what happened. It had broken the reflector off.... shoot.... I went back later and found it there. So at least I still have it. It was a pretty clean break actually. Maybe I could glue it. |
